The DVD is PAL version. It is country code free, with an English version of everything on the disc.
PAL DVDs are the European standard. Most newer American DVD players also play PAL discs.

I ordered the goodmovies.de version - they'll ship to the U.S. and it'll play just fine in the usual DVD player. You might want to use Google Translate to navigate the site, though!
I navigated the language issue at goodmovies, ordered the dvd and received an email 5 minutes later cancelling the order because they don't have the license to sell to the USA. Any news on US availability would be appreciated.

Don't waste Your money - the film is just not worth it. Done by a greenhorn that tries to surf on Lynchs popularity wave it just is so obvious that he is trying hard to make some cash - as he says at the beginning of the movie.
